Ultrasounds are performed for various Obstetrical and Gynecological reasons. During Pregnancy we typically perform two medically necessary ultrasounds.

Anatomy Ultrasound Scan

Medically Necessary

Ultrasound evaluation of the fetal anatomy is used to detect major structural anomalies and also evaluates the placenta as well as the umbilical vessels.  This is usually performed at 18-20 weeks gestation. “FREE” 3D image during the Anatomy Scan!

Nuchal Translucency Scan

Elective Scan

Our Sonographers are certified to perform Nuchal Translucency Testing.  Nuchal Translucency screens for Down Syndrome, usually between 11 and 13 weeks.

Please Note: The charge for an ultrasound will be billed to your insurance company, if you are self-pay patient your financial responsibility will be collected at the time of service.
